This is a great tour for the entire family in which you horseback ride through the jungle where you will visit a cave before stopping off at a beautiful cenote (freshwater oasi) for a swim. If you are a former olympic equestrian champion then this tour might not live up to your expectations for riding but if you are beginner or a moderate rider that wants a unique adventure then this tour is a great choice.

The ranch is managed by a very professional staff that takes every measure to care for their horses. The tour starts off with a brief training session before heading out into the jungle. You will then ride into the jungle and nearby fruit orchards where you are likely to see an array of wildlife including colorful tropical birds, iguanas, butterflies, spider monkeys, tejones, and crabs. All during the ride the staff will take the time to educate you about the surroundings and wildlife. The tour is relatively small so it is semi private and therefore you receive lots of personal attention from these knowledgeable guides.

The next stop is to a beautiful cenote where you can stop off for a refreshing swim in the jungle. These beautiful natural pools in the jungle are scenic and ideal for cooling down. The cenote has a nearby cave that is interesting and worth exploring.

This tour is a great day and a perfect way to get a better feel for the surrounding natural environment. The combo of professional staff, jungle, cave, animals, and fauna make this a unique day and well worth the experience.
